It is our intention to supply a safe environment for your child while you enjoy the use of the other club facilities.  Certain guidelines must be observed to ensure a safe and efficient nursery.

CHILDREN IN DIAPERS

Understandably, “accidents” occur – But it is the responsibility of the parent to leave the child in clean diapers.  It is not the responsibility of the attendant to change diapers.  CHILDREN WITH DIRTY DIAPERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE KIDS CLUB. 

CRYING CHILDREN

Children laugh, children cry.  Teething, new surroundings, etc. may cause your child to cry.  The attendant will attempt to placate the crying, but if it can’t be controlled, other children may also become distressed.  Please understand that if your child cannot be calmed within a reasonable amount of time you will be summoned from your activity to tend to your child.

INFANT CARE

Infant care (6mo. & under) will be supplied.  However, it is best, if possible, to leave your child at a time when the nursery is not busy.  Please call the nursery ahead of time to inquire about the best time to leave your infant.

HOURS

Nursery Hours are posted.  Should you need childcare outside of this schedule, i.e. team tennis, etc., you must contact the nursery attendant at least 48 hours in advance and we will attempt to accommodate you. Prompt pick-up of your child is the rule.  Should you abuse it, your nursery privilege will be terminated.

SICK CHILDREN

A sick child cannot be left to the care of the nursery.  Concern of spreading the illness to other healthy children, infants and attendants is simply an unreasonable risk.  PLEASE….

SNACKS

You may leave snacks for your kid to enjoy at the Kids Club.  Peanuts, peanut butter or peanut products are NOT ALLOWED in the Kid’s Club due to allergic reactions
