Located behind the King’s Shopping Center in Mendham since 1977, Mendham Health and Racquet Club is the area’s premier tennis facility.  Its six indoor tennis courts, practice alley with ball machine have all been recently upgraded.  The courts are now equipped with state-of-the-art fluorescent lighting as well as a new heating and cooling system that provides a comfortable play environment year-round.  In addition, the courts have been resurfaced with layers of an acrylic material that provide excellent traction and precise play.  The brighter surface, crisp white sideline markings and all new nets offer a first-rate tennis experience.  Mendham’s indoor courts are by far the best in the county.

Each member of our staff of tennis professionals, directed by George Roser, is certified by the USPTA or USPTR.  Roser Tennis Academy provides private and group instruction, as well as clinics and play programs for juniors and round robins for adults.  During the summer months, the Academy offers all-day and half-day tennis camps.  The Mendham Health and Racquet Club offers seasonal and hourly court times, including Early Bird specials.  A comfortable viewing lounge overlooks the tennis courts and includes a television, kitchen facilities and a fireplace.  The club’s facilities are available for parties and various group functions.  Drop by to see our new and improved facility and ask about the programs available to enjoy tennis, the sport for a lifetime.
