Welcome to the site for the Mendham Health and Racquet Club, located in the heart of Mendham, New Jersey. The Mendham Health & Racquet Club is one of the area’s largest and most complete sport and fitness center. The Club opened in 1977 and continues to provide first class facilities and programs. The Club has undergone several upgrades including air-conditioned tennis courts for summer months, new acrylic surfacing, Spinning bikes, and HD television screens on the cardio floor. Many other improvements to the Club’s entrance and pool area are on the horizon.
Our outdoor swim area includes a 25-meter six-lane pool with side-by-side diving boards, whirlpool, and baby pool. The playground contains a jungle gym, new basketball hoop, and volleyball. The large swim deck is available for swim parties, adult cocktail parties, and birthday parties. The café, party tents, swim lessons, and swim team provide recreational enjoyment during hot summer days.
Our fitness center consists of two floors including a large free weight area, twenty-one circuit-training machines, and state of the art cardio equipment. Our friendly staff can create a workout that is specific to your personal goals. Energetic aerobic and Spinning instructors lead an exciting variety of classes throughout the week. Can’t make a scheduled Spinning class? The Club has provided an In Focus projection screen, with Spinning DVDs, to run your own class.
The Roser Tennis Academy utilizes six tennis courts to provide exciting summer kids camps, clinics, round robin matches, and individual tennis instructions to athletes of all ages. The Courtside Pro Shop displays the latest fashions in men and women’s tennis apparel and aerobic wear. It also includes hard goods and expert restringing and repair services for members and non-members.
