Welcome! 

We are looking forward to another successful swim season here at the Mendham Health and Racquet Club.  Our exciting and progressive swim meets will begin in early July, and we will continue to compete in the Jockey Hollow League. 

*OUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY is to introduce all swimmers to the fundamental skills of competitive swimming.  These include stroke skills, turns, teamwork, and responsibility.  Remember, we want to keep this fun for the swimmers as well as the parents and coaches.

*PRACTICES:  Time trial practice is held near the end of June and will be mandatory for all swimmers.  Swimmers are expected to attend as many practices as possible in order to take advantage of the quality coaching being offered.  Fundamental stroke and turn development is critical.  Missing practices will put swimmers at a disadvantage with the progressive development coaching method.  Only thunder/lightning will cancel practices; rain or cold water will not.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Swimmers cannot participate in the practices or meets if fees are not paid in full

*MEETS:  Scheduled to be held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays during the month of July.   The season ends with a Round Robin Championship meet near the end of July.  No swimmer will be excluded from any meet unless a coach is notified in writing.    Please remember to notify a coach prior to missing a meet; failure to do so will result in exclusion in the following meet.  The league has requested that we adhere to the Country Club dress code while visiting other clubs... no jeans or jean shorts please.

The Swim Team fees are:  $40.00 (one child)
                                        $70.00 (two children)
                                        $90.00 (three children)
